Gorgeous photos as usual,if only you could take pics of my food for me...
I love Barcelona, well at least you've had a good holiday.
Beautiful pictures. Planning for a week hols in Barcelona after 2.5wks in Portugal. This gives me some idea on sights in Barcelona.
Would you have any recommendations for about 2 days of hiking in North Portugal (DIY or tours). Will be in Porto around 10-15 Oct.
Angie, you make a good choice on coming to the North of Portugal !
You have lots of nice places to see like Porto (definitely), Braga, Guimarães, Coimbra, Aveiro, Viana do Castelo, Ponte de Lima, Amarante, Mirandela. If you like doing trekking you should also go to the moutains: Gerês, Estrela, Peneda, Marão or Caramulo. If you need further information give me your email, I'll send you some other tips.
Thanks for the help. Have dropped an email to you. In case you didn't received, here's mine: lim_onn_kei@mnd.gov.sg
In my opinion, no trip around Europe is complete without a stop in Barcelona. This cosmopolitan city has it all: arts, culture, haute cuisine, beaches, shopping, and nature, not so expensive Barcelona hotels...what more could you want? Barcelona feels more safe and secure than many other cities of its size, it is exceptionally clean, and locals welcome tourists with open arms. With beautiful weather year round and enough interesting things to keep me occupied for three months, Barcelona is a MUST-SEE city!
